雙組份打膠機(jī)的操作
Operation of two-component glue beater
1、接通氣源：
1. Connect the gas source:
源接通，調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無(wú)漏氣現(xiàn)象。然后試運(yùn)行以下動(dòng)作：（1）A泵提升；（2）A泵充氣；（3）B泵提升；（4）B泵充氣。注意：提升氣缸提升時(shí)，如果兩氣缸不同步，請(qǐng)下降原點(diǎn)后重新操作。
The source is connected and the pressure relief valve is adjusted to 0.4~0.6 Mpa to check whether there is air leakage in the system. Then try the following actions: (1) A pump lifting; (2) A pump inflating; (3) B pump lifting; (4) B pump inflating. Note: When lifting the cylinder, if the two cylinders are not synchronized, please drop to the origin and re-operate.
2、將A、B組份膠桶就位，并與A、B膠泵的軸線(xiàn)對(duì)中。

以A組份為例：

1）操作手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)閥，將A泵提升高氣動(dòng)雙組份打膠機(jī)，提升過(guò)程中觀察各管路有無(wú)拉伸過(guò)緊處。
1) Manual rotary valve is operated and pump A is lifted to the highest pneumatic two-component glue beater. During the lifting process, whether the pipelines are stretched too tight or not is observed.
2）將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤(pán)下雙組份打膠機(jī)，開(kāi)啟膠桶雙組份打膠機(jī)配件，將其中塑料袋外翻桶外，膠面塑料片取出。
2) Place the rubber drum under the A pump pressure rubber disc and open the accessories of the rubber drum double component rubber drum machine. Turn the plastic bag out of the drum and take out the plastic sheet.
3）使A泵壓盤(pán)緩慢下降，壓盤(pán)入桶時(shí)應(yīng)使其與桶口對(duì)準(zhǔn)，將壓膠盤(pán)排氣口打開(kāi)雙組份打膠機(jī)，直到壓盤(pán)接觸膠面。待壓盤(pán)內(nèi)氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時(shí)，即可關(guān)閉排氣閥。（提升開(kāi)關(guān)保持下壓狀態(tài)）
3) Make the pressure plate of pump A drop slowly. When the pressure plate enters the barrel, it should be aligned with the barrel mouth. How much is it to open the exhaust port of the pressure plate to the two-component glue beater until the pressure plate contacts the glue surface? When all the gas in the pressure plate is exhausted and a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed. (Lifting switch keeps down-voltage state)
4）開(kāi)機(jī)試打膠：將主泵氣源開(kāi)關(guān)打開(kāi)，按下膠槍開(kāi)關(guān)，直A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續(xù)時(shí)停止。
4) Start-up test gluing: Turn on the air source switch of the main pump and press the glue gun switch until the glue is continuously discharged from the muzzle of the air exhaust in pump A.
用同樣的方法操作B泵。
Operate B pump in the same way.
4、打膠操作：
4. Gluing operation:
1）松開(kāi)比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內(nèi)外調(diào)整所需比例。只有當(dāng)A膠和B膠的配比達(dá)到正常值時(shí)，才可進(jìn)行下面的操作。
1) Loosen the locking screw of the proportional pump on the proportional lever and adjust the internal and external proportions of the proportional pump to the required proportions. Only when the ratio of A glue and B glue reaches the normal value, the following operation can be carried out.
2）置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開(kāi)，將膠槍出口對(duì)準(zhǔn)兩片玻璃的中縫，打開(kāi)膠槍開(kāi)關(guān)，以適當(dāng)速度平穩(wěn)地移動(dòng)膠槍使玻璃槽內(nèi)的雙組份膠填滿(mǎn)充實(shí)為佳。打膠結(jié)束時(shí)關(guān)閉膠槍。
2) Place the selection knob on pump A and B, point the rubber gun outlet at the middle seam of the two pieces of glass, open the rubber gun switch, and move the rubber gun smoothly at an appropriate speed to fill the two-component rubber in the glass tank. Close the glue gun at the end of gluing.
5、更換膠桶：
5. Replacement of rubber drums:
1）當(dāng)膠桶內(nèi)的膠用完時(shí)，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉A、B開(kāi)關(guān)，停止打膠。
1) When the glue in the rubber drum is used up, the A and B switches should be closed immediately and the gluing should be stopped.
2）打開(kāi)A（或B）膠泵充氣開(kāi)關(guān)，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機(jī)構(gòu)為上升位置，點(diǎn)動(dòng)旋鈕使壓盤(pán)慢慢提起，此時(shí)應(yīng)注意：膠桶盡量不要離開(kāi)底盤(pán)，直壓盤(pán)完全脫離膠桶時(shí)關(guān)閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開(kāi)關(guān)。3）撤出空桶，將新膠桶置于工作位置，重復(fù)第3、4、項(xiàng)操作。
2) Open the inflatable switch of A (or B) rubber pump, select the lifting mechanism of A (or B) rubber pump as the ascending position, and point the knob to lift the platen slowly. At this time, it should be noted that the rubber bucket should not leave the chassis as far as possible, until the platen is completely separated from the rubber bucket, close the inflatable switch of A (or B) rubber pump. 3) Remove empty barrel, place new rubber barrel in working position, repeat operation 3, 4 and item 3.
