雙組份打膠機(jī)操作

1.連接氣源:
1. Connect the air source:
打開電源，調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)是否有泄漏。然后試運(yùn)行以下動(dòng)作:(1)泵A舉升;(2)泵A充氣;(3) B泵提升;(4) B泵充氣。注:升油缸升起時(shí)，若兩缸不同步，請(qǐng)降原點(diǎn)重新操作。

2.將A、B部件膠桶放置到位，并與A、B膠泵軸線對(duì)齊。

4)開機(jī)試膠:打開主泵氣源開關(guān)，按下膠槍開關(guān)，待A泵的空氣從槍口排出后停止，繼續(xù)上膠
