放在一個平整干凈的平面上，連接電源和氣源，兩者確認接通之后就開始進行操作。打開氣泵開關，電源總開關，控制臺開關，在控制臺按手動按鈕，然后在顯示屏上找到原點設定，點擊輔助原點設定，然后點擊頭部原點設定，注意原點設定時避免頭部和輔助吸盤碰撞。等設定好然后返回找到玻璃厚度設定，先是玻璃的厚度然后是鋁隔條然后還是玻璃的厚度，輸入完以后，點擊設置進入。等命令位置和當前位置數(shù)值一致即可，注意設置時傳送帶上不要有玻璃。然后是混交了，按一桶膠按鈕，按工作選擇按鈕，然后按拍膠啟動，在按伐開，此時膠頭以出膠，等看不見白膠，以混均勻以后按伐關，在按鏈接生產線，自動，自動運行，此時可以自動打膠。

調試的注意事項：

1、 在當天機器操作完畢后要把膠管內的膠沖出，防止硬化；如果長時間不實用要注意用煤油清洗膠管和膠槍。
