雙組份打膠機保養的注意事項
1.壓盤上的放氣閥門要保持曉暢，要定時清洗。

2.正常作業時不要斷氣源，假如發現斷氣源應中止作業。

3.若雙組份打膠機涂膠作業過程中停頓時刻超過15分鐘以上時，必定要用“沖槍”。本機有報警功能，屆時沒有沖膠會有蜂鳴器報警。

7.液壓站系統的壓力，不能調的太高，要根據室內環境溫度等實際情況，調滿意膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。翻開液壓站時必定要翻開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，形成事故。

8.A膠提膠泵接連作業1分鐘以上沒有供膠中止，說明管路內有空氣，此刻會報警，須翻開泵上管接頭再翻開A膠提膠泵，直到出膠中止，中止并接好接頭，膠槍會呈現有空氣的嗶嗶爆炸聲，空氣排凈就好了。
8. If the glue supply of a glue lifting pump is not stopped for more than 1 minute, it indicates that there is air in the pipeline. At this time, an alarm will be given. Open the pipe joint on the pump and then open a glue lifting pump until the glue delivery is stopped. Stop and connect the joint. The glue gun will show a beep explosion sound of air, and the air will be discharged.
9.因為每次沖洗混合器不會完全潔凈，每次都有少量的混合膠堆積，越來越多，致使堵塞混合器通道，用一段時刻后，影響出膠量和混合效果，因而要定時(聚硫膠五天，硅酮膠兩天)清洗混合器。把混合器內的混膠棒拆出，如有損壞替換混膠棒。若混膠棒拆不出來，可用火燒掉，留意不能損傷零件螺紋。
9. Because the mixer will not be completely clean every time it is flushed, a small amount of mixed glue accumulates every time, resulting in blocking the mixer channel. After a period of time, the glue output and mixing effect will be affected. Therefore, the mixer should be cleaned regularly (polysulfide glue for five days and silicone glue for two days).
