二、打膠機背壓過大會溢出膠，膠量過大壓力過小會造成膠斷、漏，引起缺陷。請根據相同質量的粘接劑、工作環境溫度選擇壓力。環境溫度高的話粘接劑的粘度會變小，流動性會變好。這種情況下，需要降低背壓可以保證粘接劑的供給，反之亦然。

三.在工作實際中，針的內徑大小須是點膠點直徑的1/2。打膠機點膠過程中，須根據PCB上墊片的大小選擇點膠針。例如，如果0805和1206的焊盤的大小不同，則可以選擇相同的針，但是對于相差很大的焊盤，須選擇不同的針。這樣，可以在確保點膠質量的同時提高生產效率。
