1、機臺擺放位置的水平

雙組份打膠機的調試要保持雙組份打膠機平臺水平度，打好平臺水平相當于調試好了一半，不然則容易出現點偏、多膠少膠、溢膠等問題。

2、選擇合適的針頭

雙組份打膠機需要調試點膠高度，針尖到產品的距離過高，會出現拉膠問題；點膠高度太低又會出現針頭沾膠、爬膠、膠量不均勻等問題。

5、壓力設定調試

雙組份打膠機的控制器把壓力提供給膠管和針頭，通過調節雙組份打膠機壓力大小，可以控制出膠量和點膠的速度，壓力過強容易出現膠水噴出的問題，壓力太弱則會出現點膠不均勻和漏點的現象。
